Platform nature
Numwan organizes, develops, and presents business assets. An asset does not guarantee feasibility or future performance and does not replace independent evaluation.
Account
Users are responsible for protecting their access credentials and using their account within granted permissions.
Content and rights
Restricted materials and Data Room files may not be used or redistributed beyond granted permissions and rights.
Deals
The deal workflow organizes status and access under V1. No commercial or financial obligations are added unless explicitly approved in the product and related agreements.
Updates
These terms will be reviewed as commercial and legal functions are completed and before final public launch.
